Joseph M. Gianola, Jr., Esq., “Josh”,  has been a practicing attorney for over eleven years, concentrating his practice in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Business Organizations, Commercial litigation, Real Estate Taxation, Oil and Gas, Wills, Estates and Trusts. Josh spent the first few years of his legal career practicing law in Jackson, Mississippi, where he focused his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis in construction and contract litigation and oil and gas matters. Josh received his B.A. from Mississippi State University and his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law (Cum Laude). He has now been working for our company since 2007 in the Pine Belt Area. Josh and his two children, Elle and Jay, reside in Hattiesburg.
